Mannheim, 12 July 2016 - At the annual general meeting of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, on 12 July 2016, shareholders approved by a large majority the dividend proposal of the supervisory board and the executive board to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.15 per share entitled to dividend. Mannheim, 17 May 2016 - CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, will propose to the annual general meeting on 12 July 2016 to once again pay a dividend to reflect the significantly improved earnings situation of the past financial year 2015/16 (1 March 2015 - 29 February 2016). Each share is to receive a dividend of EUR 0.15 (previous year: EUR 0.00). The supervisory board has approved of the executive board's suggestion in its meeting on 17 May 2016.
Mannheim, 12 January 2016 - In the first three quarters of the current financial year 2015/16 (1 March 2015 - 30 November 2015) CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, increased its results significantly compared to the same period of the previous year. Despite revenues decreasing slightly by 11 percent to EUR 558 (previous year: EUR 626) million because of the temporary closure of the plant in Wilton, UK, profitability improved significantly especially due to favorable proceeds for bioethanol.
Mannheim, 8 October 2015 - The revenues of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, decreased slightly to EUR 390 (previous year: EUR 405) million in the 1st half of the financial year 2015/16 (1 March - 31 August 2015), as expected. However, EBITDA increased to EUR 57 (previous year: EUR 13) million due to higher sales prices, lower raw material costs, and an improved cost structure.
Mannheim, 14 July 2015 - CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, welcomed approximately 600 shareholders and guests to its annual general meeting in the Congress Center Rosengarten in Mannheim on 14 July 2015. Dr. Wolfgang Heer was elected as a new member of the supervisory board of the company. All other agenda items were also approved by shareholders with a majority of over 99 percent. Overall, 82.83 percent of the share capital was represented.
Mannheim, 8 July 2015 - CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, was able to significantly improve its earnings situation in the 1st quarter of the financial year 2015/16 (1 March - 31 May 2015). Even though revenues decreased slightly to EUR 198 (previous year: EUR 208) million, EBITDA increased significantly to EUR 22 (previous year: EUR 13) million. Operating profit rose to approximately EUR 14 (previous year: EUR 5) million. This corresponds to an operating margin of 7 (previous year: 2) percent.
Mannheim, 17 June 2015 - In the 1st quarter of the current financial year 2015/16 (1 March - 31 May 2015), CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has maintained revenues slightly below the previous year's level as expected according to preliminary figures. They reached approximately EUR 198 (previous year: 208) million. At the same time, operating profit increased significantly to approximately EUR 14 (previous year: 5) million.
