In addition to the ongoing continuous qualification programs that CropEnergies offers all employees, the growth strategy focuses on the internal development of potential and skills. In the current financial year, Südzucker Group has been and is working on a job architecture that provides a transparent and uniform job structure and a wide range of development opportunities in the form of cross-organizational career paths. CropEnergies is committed to ensuring safe production facilities and working conditions and to creating a safety culture that actively promotes safe behavior and values people's health and safety. For us, this means that all legal and self-imposed requirements are complied with and that risks in occupational health and safety and plant safety are regularly identified and assessed.

Measures such as health services, ergonomic workplace design and occupational safety training are continuously reviewed, evaluated and developed further. The focus is also on creating awareness among each individual employee in order to identify potential hazards and promote safe behavior in the workplace.
