Mannheim, 16 July 2019 β The shareholders of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, approved by a large majority the proposal of the supervisory board and the executive board to distribute EUR 0.15 (previous year: EUR 0.25) per share entitled to dividend. This results in a total payout of EUR 13.1 million.
Mannheim, 10 July 2019 β CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has generated revenues of EUR 203 (previous year: EUR 192) million in the 1st quarter of the financial year 2019/20 (1 March β 31 May 2019). Thanks to recovered ethanol prices, operating profit with EUR 15.2 (previous year: EUR 4.6) million was significantly higher than the previous yearβs. EBITDA reached EUR 25.8 (previous year: EUR 14.3) million.
Mannheim, 15 May 2019 β CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has generated revenues of EUR 779 (previous year: EUR 882) million in the financial year 2018/19 (1 March 2018 β 28 February 2019). Operating profit reached EUR 33 (previous year: EUR 72) million and EBITDA EUR 72 (previous year: EUR 111) million. The main reasons for the lower results were the lower ethanol prices as well as higher raw material and energy costs.
Mannheim, 9 January 2019 β In the first nine months of the financial year 2018/19, revenues and earnings of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, were below the previous yearβs, as expected. Revenues dropped to EUR 596.1 (previous year: EUR 678.9) million. The 3rd quarter contributed EUR 202.9 (previous year: EUR 219.1) million.
Mannheim, 14 December 2018 β Due to unexpectedly strong increases in ethanol prices in Europe in the last few weeks, CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, increases its outlook for the 2018/19 financial year. While the ethanol price was quoted at around β¬ 475/mΒ³ in mid-October, it rose to around β¬ 615/mΒ³ by mid-December. Price changes are directly reflected in the results.

Mannheim, 10 October 2018 β CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has achieved an operating profit of EUR 9.6 (previous year: EUR 23.7) million in the 2nd quarter 2018/19 according to final figures. Compared to the 1st quarter of the current financial year, this is an increase of EUR 5 million. In total, operating profit of the 1st half 2018/19 reached EUR 14.2 million and is thus significantly below the achieved operating profit of EUR 47.3 million in the previous-year period.
Mannheim, 14 September 2018 β CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has achieved, according to preliminary figures, an operating result of EUR 9.3 (previous year: EUR 23.7) million in the 2nd quarter 2018/19. Compared to the 1st quarter of the current financial year, this is an increase of EUR 4.7 million. Altogether, the operating result of 1st half 2018/19 reaches EUR 13.9 million and is significantly below the achieved operating result of EUR 47.3 million in the previous-year period, as expected.
Mannheim, 17 July 2018 - The shareholders of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, will receive a dividend of EUR 0.25 (previous year: 0.30) per share entitled to dividend. At todayβs annual general meeting, they approved the dividend proposal of the supervisory board and the executive board by a large majority. The total dividend payout amounts to EUR 21.8 million.
