Mannheim, 07 October 2020 - In the 2nd quarter of the financial year 2020/21 (1 June 2020 β 31 August 2020), CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, generated revenues of EUR 229 (previous year: EUR 245) million. Cumulative revenues in the 1st half were EUR 399 (previous year: EUR 448) million, which is approximately 11 percent lower than in the previous year. The main reasons for this were lower sales quantities and lower sales prices for the food and animal feed products sold.
Mannheim, 14 July 2020 - The shareholders of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, approved the doubling of the dividend to EUR 0.30 (previous year: EUR 0.15) per share entitled to dividend proposed by the supervisory board and executive board. The Annual General Meeting elected Dr Thomas Kirchberg (60) as a new member of the supervisory board. All other items on the agenda were also approved by the shareholders.
Mannheim, 8 July 2020 - CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has achieved revenues of EUR 171 (previous year: EUR 203) million in the 1st quarter (1 March - 31 May 2020) of the financial year 2020/21. EBITDA fell to EUR 18 (previous year: EUR 26) million, while the operating result reached EUR 8.1 (previous year: EUR 15.2) million. Net income for the quarter amounted to EUR 7.9 (previous year: EUR 10.6) million. Net financial assets rose to EUR 130 (29 February 2020: EUR 107) million.
Mannheim, 13 May 2020 β CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has achieved record revenues of EUR 899 (previous year: EUR 779) million in the 2019/20 financial year (1 March 2019 - 29 February 2020). Operating profit tripled to EUR 104 (previous year: EUR 33) million. EBITDA doubled to EUR 146 (previous year: EUR 72) million.

Mannheim, 25 March 2020 - CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, is not only the largest European producer of sustainably produced technical ethanol (alcohol), but also a producer of specially purified, drinkable neutral alcohol for pharmaceutical applications, cosmetics or beverages.
CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, will partially switch its production from fuel alcohol to neutral alcohol in order to meet the growing demand for ethanol as the main ingredient for disinfectants.
Mannheim, 13 January 2020 β In the first nine months of the financial year 2019/20 (1 March 2019 β 30 November 2019) CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has significantly increased its revenues. They rose by 12 percent to EUR 668 (previous year: EUR 596) million. This is mainly due to significantly higher sales prices for renewable, climate-friendly ethanol. The 3rd quarter contributed EUR 220 (previous year: EUR 203) million.
Mannheim, 9 October 2019 β CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has, after final figures, achieved revenues of EUR 245 (previous year: EUR 201) million in the 2nd quarter of the financial year 2019/20 (1 June 2019 β 31 August 2019) and has thus reached the highest revenues in a quarter in the company history.
Mannheim, 16 July 2019 β In todayβs meeting, the supervisory board of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has appointed Dr Fritz Georg von Graevenitz (41) as a member of the Executive Board with effect from 1 October 2019. He is to succeed Michael Friedmann (64)as Chief Sales Officer. Friedmann will retire in the spring of 2020 when his current appointment to the executive board ends.
