Mannheim, 10 October 2018 – CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has achieved an operating profit of EUR 9.6 (previous year: EUR 23.7) million in the 2nd quarter 2018/19 according to final figures. Compared to the 1st quarter of the current financial year, this is an increase of EUR 5 million. In total, operating profit of the 1st half 2018/19 reached EUR 14.2 million and is thus significantly below the achieved operating profit of EUR 47.3 million in the previous-year period.

Compared to the 1st quarter of the current financial year, this is an increase of EUR 4.7 million. Altogether, the operating result of 1st half 2018/19 reaches EUR 13.9 million and is significantly below the achieved operating result of EUR 47.3 million in the previous-year period, as expected.
Mannheim, 17 July 2018 - The shareholders of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, will receive a dividend of EUR 0.25 (previous year: 0.30) per share entitled to dividend. At today’s annual general meeting, they approved the dividend proposal of the supervisory board and the executive board by a large majority. The total dividend payout amounts to EUR 21.8 million.

Mannheim, 16 May 2018 – The financial year 2017/18 (1 March 2017 – 28 February 2018) was successful to an above average degree for CropEnergies AG, Mannheim. Revenues were increased significantly by 10 percent to EUR 882 (previous year: EUR 802) million. Operating profit, at EUR 72 (previous year: EUR 98) million, came out below the previous year’s record result.

Mannheim, 10 January 2018 - In the first three quarters of the financial year 2017/18, revenues of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, increased by 20 percent to EUR 679 (previous year: EUR 565) million. This was mainly due to the increased production volumes. In addition, higher prices for ethanol were realized and the trade volumes increased. The 3rd quarter contributed EUR 219 (previous year: EUR 215) million.
Mannheim, 15 December 2017 - In the 3rd quarter of the financial year 2017/18, CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, realized an operating profit that, at EUR 12 (previous year: EUR 18) million, was lower than in the previous year's, as expected. Cumulated for the first nine months of the financial year, an operating profit of EUR 59 (previous year: EUR 59) million was generated, which is at the previous year's level. EBITDA reached EUR 88 (previous year: EUR 87) million.
Mannheim, 11 October 2017 - CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, increased revenues and earnings significantly in the 1st half of the financial year 2017/18. Thanks to the higher production volumes of ethanol as well as food and animal feed products and the growth in trading volumes, revenues increased by 31 percent to EUR 460 (previous year: EUR 350) million. In the 2nd quarter 2017/18, they grew to EUR 229 (previous year: EUR 182) million.
