Mannheim, 16 December 2019, 11:24 CET/CEST – CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, is again raising its outlook for the 2019/20 financial year due to continued robust demand for climate-friendly alternatives to fossil fuels and continued revenues for renewable ethanol that are significantly higher than in the previous year.
Mannheim, 25 October 2019, 12:09 CET/CEST – CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, expects significantly higher earnings also for the 3rd quarter 2019/20 (1 September to 30 November 2019) and again increases the earnings forecast for the current financial year 2019/20.
Mannheim, 9 October 2019 – CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has, after final figures, achieved revenues of EUR 245 (previous year: EUR 201) million in the 2nd quarter of the financial year 2019/20 (1 June 2019 – 31 August 2019) and has thus reached the highest revenues in a quarter in the company history.
Mannheim, 16 July 2019 – In today’s meeting, the supervisory board of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has appointed Dr Fritz Georg von Graevenitz (41) as a member of the Executive Board with effect from 1 October 2019. He is to succeed Michael Friedmann (64)as Chief Sales Officer. Friedmann will retire in the spring of 2020 when his current appointment to the executive board ends.
Mannheim, 16 July 2019 – The shareholders of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, approved by a large majority the proposal of the supervisory board and the executive board to distribute EUR 0.15 (previous year: EUR 0.25) per share entitled to dividend. This results in a total payout of EUR 13.1 million.
Mannheim, 10 July 2019 – CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has generated revenues of EUR 203 (previous year: EUR 192) million in the 1st quarter of the financial year 2019/20 (1 March – 31 May 2019). Thanks to recovered ethanol prices, operating profit with EUR 15.2 (previous year: EUR 4.6) million was significantly higher than the previous year’s. EBITDA reached EUR 25.8 (previous year: EUR 14.3) million.
Mannheim, 15 May 2019 – CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, has generated revenues of EUR 779 (previous year: EUR 882) million in the financial year 2018/19 (1 March 2018 – 28 February 2019). Operating profit reached EUR 33 (previous year: EUR 72) million and EBITDA EUR 72 (previous year: EUR 111) million. The main reasons for the lower results were the lower ethanol prices as well as higher raw material and energy costs.
Mannheim, 9 January 2019 – In the first nine months of the financial year 2018/19, revenues and earnings of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim, were below the previous year’s, as expected. Revenues dropped to EUR 596.1 (previous year: EUR 678.9) million. The 3rd quarter contributed EUR 202.9 (previous year: EUR 219.1) million.
